| The Institute is fully funded and managed by the Mythic
Society. Currently the Society is headed by Dr. Suryanath Kamath, a noted historian as President, and Dr. M.K.L.N. Sastry, a well-known educationist and social worker, as Secretary. Professor S. Nagaraju, a renowned Indologist and
former Professor of History in the Hyderabad Central University, is the Director of the Institute. The Institute is recognized by the Government of
Karnataka and affiliated to the Bangalore University.
